The rules and conditions for using Corplify's platform
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Corplify platform, website, and services operated by Corplify Sdn Bhd ("Corplify", "we", "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Corplify acts as a facilitator and corporate secretarial service provider. We do not practise law. Our services do not constitute legal advice. For complex legal matters, you should consult a qualified legal professional.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account at sales@corplify.my.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Corplify will not be liable for loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
You warrant that all information you provide — including director details, IC numbers, addresses, company names, and business particulars — is accurate, complete, and not misleading. You understand that Corplify submits this information to SSM on your behalf, and that filing false information with SSM is a criminal offence under the Companies Act 2016 and related legislation.
Any errors in your submitted information that result in rejection, additional charges, or penalties by SSM are your sole responsibility. We will endeavour to assist with corrections, though additional service fees may apply.
Our service fees are displayed at the time of placing an order and are subject to change. Fees are inclusive of our processing charges but may exclude SSM filing fees, stamp duty, or other government charges, which will be disclosed before payment.
Payment is due before we commence work on your application. We accept payment via FPX online banking and major credit/debit cards through our payment gateway.

Estimated processing timelines are provided as a guide only. Actual turnaround times depend on SSM processing capacity, completeness of documents submitted, and any queries raised by SSM. Corplify is not liable for delays caused by SSM, incomplete submissions, or circumstances beyond our control.
We will keep you updated on your application status via the platform and email. You agree to respond promptly to requests for additional information or documents to avoid delays.

Any breach of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
All content, software, branding, and materials on the Corplify platform are the intellectual property of Corplify Sdn Bhd or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Documents generated as part of your company registration (e.g. Constitution, resolution templates) are provided for your use in connection with the registered company. All other platform content remains Corplify's property.
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Corplify's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Corplify is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold Corplify, its directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of inaccurate information.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases. We will retain your application records as required by applicable law. Fees paid for services already initiated or completed are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we believe you are in breach of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. We encourage you to contact us first at sales@corplify.my to resolve any concerns informally.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.
