Cancellations, refunds, and service credits
At Corplify, we are committed to delivering quality service. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund, how to request one, and what to expect during the process.
⚡ Key point: Once an application has been submitted to SSM (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia) on your behalf, government filing fees are non-refundable. Our processing fee may be partially refundable depending on the stage of work completed.

You can also initiate a cancellation through your customer dashboard at any point while your application is in draft or pending payment status — before any work has commenced.
Approved refunds are processed as follows:
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used. We are unable to redirect refunds to a different account or card.
If your application is rejected by SSM for reasons within Corplify's control (e.g. an error in our submission), we will:
If the rejection is due to inaccurate information you provided (e.g. incorrect IC details, ineligible company name, address discrepancies), Corplify's service fees are not refundable. We will assist with corrections and resubmission at a discounted rate.
If you need to make changes to your application before it is submitted to SSM, please contact us as early as possible. Minor amendments (e.g. correcting a typo) may be accommodated at no charge. Significant changes that require rework may incur an additional handling fee, which will be quoted before any work begins.
We will consider refund requests outside the standard policy on a case-by-case basis for genuine extenuating circumstances, such as a bereavement or medical emergency. Please email sales@corplify.my with supporting information. All discretionary refunds are at the sole judgment of Corplify's management.
Nothing in this policy limits or overrides your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia) or any other applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
