Refund Policy

Cancellations, refunds, and service credits

1. Overview

At Corplify, we are committed to delivering quality service. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund, how to request one, and what to expect during the process.

⚡ Key point: Once an application has been submitted to SSM (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia) on your behalf, government filing fees are non-refundable. Our processing fee may be partially refundable depending on the stage of work completed.

2. Refund Eligibility Summary

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • SSM registration fees and government filing fees paid to the Companies Commission of Malaysia
  • Stamp duty or any statutory fees paid to government bodies
  • Service fees for applications that have already been submitted to SSM
  • Fees for completed services (e.g. name search reports, drafted constitutions)
  • Any add-on services (e.g. company seal, share certificates) that have already been dispatched or fulfilled

4. Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation and refund:

  • Email us at sales@corplify.my with your application reference number and reason for cancellation
  • Alternatively, call us at +60 7-234 0637 or +60 10-924 4898 during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm)
  • Our team will assess your request and confirm eligibility within 2 working days

You can also initiate a cancellation through your customer dashboard at any point while your application is in draft or pending payment status — before any work has commenced.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

  • Credit/debit card payments: 7–14 working days, depending on your card issuer
  • FPX / online banking: 5–10 working days
  • Manual bank transfer: 3–5 working days after confirmation

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used. We are unable to redirect refunds to a different account or card.

6. SSM-Rejected Applications

If your application is rejected by SSM for reasons within Corplify's control (e.g. an error in our submission), we will:

  • Notify you promptly with the reason for rejection
  • Offer a free resubmission once the issue is corrected, or
  • Issue a full refund of our service fee if you prefer not to resubmit

If the rejection is due to inaccurate information you provided (e.g. incorrect IC details, ineligible company name, address discrepancies), Corplify's service fees are not refundable. We will assist with corrections and resubmission at a discounted rate.

7. Amendments and Resubmissions

If you need to make changes to your application before it is submitted to SSM, please contact us as early as possible. Minor amendments (e.g. correcting a typo) may be accommodated at no charge. Significant changes that require rework may incur an additional handling fee, which will be quoted before any work begins.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

We will consider refund requests outside the standard policy on a case-by-case basis for genuine extenuating circumstances, such as a bereavement or medical emergency. Please email sales@corplify.my with supporting information. All discretionary refunds are at the sole judgment of Corplify's management.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or overrides your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia) or any other applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
